LG has launched its G3 smartphone in India, bringing
yet another rival to Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC (One M8) to the
Indian market.
The 16GB and 32GB variants of LG G3 have been priced at Rs
47,990 and Rs 50,990. LG is offering one-time screen replacement
worth Rs 6,500 and a Quick Circle case free with the smartphone.
Buyers also get a discount of Rs 5,000 on the Android Wear-
powered G Watch.
LG G3 sports a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of
2560X1440pixels, 534ppi. This is the highest resolution screen in
a flagship phone right now (barring Oppo Find 7).

The phone is powered by 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801
quad-core processor and will be available in 16 and 32GB internal
storage versions with 2GB and 3GB RAM, respectively. Both
models support up to 128GB microSD cards.
It sports a 13MP camera that boasts of Optical Image
Stabilization+ (OIS+) and laser auto focus. It captures images by
measuring the distance between the subject and the camera
using a laser beam for better pictures.
LG claims that G3 offers an extremely comfortable grip for one-
handed use with its ergonomic arch and slim side profile. Made of
plastic, it sports a metallic skin with matte finish. LG G3 sports a
built-in 1W speaker with Boost AMP for richer sounds and clearer
tones.
The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat and features a minimalist user
interface design with flat graphics.
